About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Trade Support Specialist to join our team at CC&L Financial Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of trade operations in our Investment Management business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide trade support and coordination services to our investment teams, ensuring timely and accurate execution of trades.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve trade-related issues and optimize trade operations processes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external counterparties, including brokers, custodians, and other trade counterparties.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of trade operations policies and procedures.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of trade operations systems and tools.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of trade operations experience in Investment Management or a related field.
  • Relevant education and certifications an asset.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Effective communicator in both verbal and written communications.
  • Resourceful and able to resolve complex problems.
  • Passionate about learning and eager to make a meaningful contribution.
  • Ability to understand the big picture while focusing on small details.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $75,000 per annum, plus an annual performance bonus that contributes to your total compensation. Our team is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment, and we are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
