Key Responsibilities- Provide safe and effective patient care through video and phone interactions
- Assess patients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Conduct thorough psychological assessments and produce detailed reports
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Ensure patient confidentiality and comply with relevant health information privacy laws
- Registered member in good standing with the College of Psychologists of British Columbia
- Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical and/or counselling psychology
- Experience with return-to-work planning, early prevention, and disability management claims
- Additional training in therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, and ACT
- Proven success in client return-to-work outcomes
