Job Summary

At Ainsworth, we're seeking a skilled Security Technician I to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you'll be responsible for delivering preventative visits to access control, intruder alarm, and CCTV systems in commercial environments, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough site assessments to identify security system requirements and implement solutions.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on security systems, including fault diagnosis and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with the installation team on complex projects, ensuring seamless integration of security systems.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest security technologies and industry standards, ensuring our systems remain cutting-edge.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the electronic security systems industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of CCTV, access control, door entry, and intruder alarm systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a passion for the trade.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a can-do attitude.
  • Ability to obtain a Federal Level II Security Clearance.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word.
