Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction in our food and beverage outlets.
  • Lead and manage a team of culinary and beverage professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that promote our food and beverage offerings.
  • Manage food and beverage budgets, including menu planning, inventory control, and labor scheduling.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors to ensure high-quality products and services.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior leadership role in food and beverage operations, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.

  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory control, and labor scheduling.
