Salary and Benefits

Key Responsibilities
As an X-ray Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting diagnostic imaging procedures using various modalities, including general radiography and advanced procedures. Your expertise will enable you to effectively communicate with patients, medical staff, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless patient care. Your strong organizational skills will allow you to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, maintaining high standards of patient care and adhering to established policies and procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you must possess a graduation from an approved radiology technology program and registration with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiological Technologists. Experience in all types of general radiography and advanced procedures is preferred, along with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with patients, departmental, medical, and nursing staff, and outside agencies. You should be physically fit to perform frequent standing, reaching, lifting, and bending, while being exposed to radiation and infectious materials.
