Assistant Store Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Circle K. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing store operations, including hiring, supervising, and training staff
- Help to maintain a clean and organized store environment, including merchandising and inventory management
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Assist with cash handling and bookkeeping, including processing transactions and reconciling accounts
- Help to identify and implement opportunities for sales growth and customer engagement
Requirements
- Customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional service to customers
- Planning and organizing skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
- Communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with staff, customers, and management
- Cash handling and bookkeeping skills, with the ability to accurately process transactions and reconcile accounts
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
