Key Responsibilities:- Content Creation and Management: Generate innovative, cleanly written, thought leadership content that highlights company strategy, services, executives, and industry insights for a range of platforms and initiatives, both internal and external. This includes contributions to and editing of research reports, article development, speeches/presentations, and more.
- Communications Strategy: Manage a diverse array of communications tasks, including the development, review, editing, and approval of content for both print and digital channels. Execute projects aligned with strategic business objectives.
- Project Coordination: Utilize project management tools to schedule and track communications projects, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion. Manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Reputation Management: Contribute to activities aimed at bolstering the company's reputation, leveraging strong content and strategic communications to address various audiences.
- Marketing and Branding: Lead projects that support marketing efforts, ensuring content aligns with our branding strategy. Oversee the production of marketing materials and collateral, whether created in-house or by external vendors. Participate in the strategic planning process to promote content that enhances brand identity and supports sales and growth objectives.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in communications, journalism, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on thought leadership and content creation.
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or other writing-intensive field.
- Ability to work full-time from DP World Australia's office location(s) with up to 10% travel.
- Outstanding writing, editing, and proof-reading skills; with diligence and proactivity in validating facts.
- Familiarity with SEO principles, social media strategies, and digital amplification techniques to maximize content reach and impact.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the organization.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality content that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Interest in the intersection of business, technology, government affairs/policy, and the evolving nature of communications is critical for success in this role.
