Cybersecurity Manager for Industrial Projects

Alstom is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Manager to join our team in Saint-Bruno, Canada. As a key member of our industrial cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for analyzing project security needs and determining security objectives and main security risk strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute security activities within the development life cycle, including cost estimation and risk analysis.
- Develop and implement cybersecurity architectures and requirements.
- Manage third-party risks and ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and regulations.
- Define and implement cybersecurity operating procedures and evaluate project achieved cybersecurity levels.
- Manage project budgets and interfaces with subcontractors.
- Provide technical support during design meetings and report on project cybersecurity status.
- Manage relationships with auditors and establish lessons learned during external cybersecurity audits.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Cybersecurity certifications preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on industrial control systems and project management.
- Experience working with engineering teams and reporting to stakeholders.
- Good understanding of industrial cybersecurity architecture and principles.
- Knowledge of main cybersecurity standards and regulations, including ISO 27001, NIST, and IEC 62443.
