Project Cybersecurity Manager

Alstom is a global leader in the transport industry, and we're seeking a highly skilled Project Cybersecurity Manager to join our team. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for analyzing project security needs and determining security objectives and main security risk strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute security activities within the development life cycle, including cost estimation and risk management.
  • Conduct cybersecurity risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Define cybersecurity architecture and requirements, and allocate them to suppliers.
  • Manage third-party risks and ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and regulations.
  • Apply cybersecurity assurance levels and define operating procedures.
  • Evaluate project cybersecurity levels and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure cybersecurity is integrated into project design.
  • Report on project cybersecurity status and provide insights to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Cybersecurity certifications are a plus.
  • At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on industrial control systems (ICS) and operational technology (OT).
  • Experience with project management and team leadership.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, standards, and regulations.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity solutions and risk management techniques.
