They will work closely with colleagues to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address these gaps.

The Employment Consultant Practice Manager will maintain accurate records of client interactions, including progress notes and outcome measures. They will use data insights to inform recommendations and demonstrate impact.

The Integrated Employment Solutions Director will represent the organization in external forums, committees, and events relevant to the practice area. They will contribute to the development of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders and advocate for resources, training, and support to enhance the effectiveness of the practice team.
