Store Manager Job Description

NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a skilled Store Manager to lead our retail operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, driving sales growth, and promoting a culture of respect and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support sales growth by working with the store team, sales representative, and regional management team.
  • Promote a culture of respect, accountability, collaboration, and teamwork. Help recruit and train team members, keep them motivated, and ensure their health and well-being.
  • Manage the store budget and take necessary steps to continuously improve financial results.
  • Ensure store compliance with operational processes and standards for both wholesale and retail sales.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of management experience in retail/wholesale, including operations, customer service, people management, and health and safety.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
