Store Leader

At NAPA Auto Parts, we're seeking a skilled Store Manager to lead our store team to success. As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and promoting a culture of respect and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service and Sales Growth: Work closely with the store team, sales representative, and regional management team to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales growth.
- Culture and Team Management: Promote a culture of respect, accountability, collaboration, and teamwork. Recruit, train, and motivate your team members, ensuring their health and well-being.
- Store Operations and Compliance: Manage the store budget, ensure compliance with operational processes and standards, and continuously improve financial results.
- 3-5 years of management experience in retail/wholesale, including operations, customer service, people management, and health and safety.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
