ISAAC Instruments is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wellbeing Vice President to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in creating a positive, safe, healthy, and authentic work environment that fosters the wellbeing, performance, development, and overall positive human experience of our colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute objectives, strategies, and tactics to attract and engage a growing community of ISAACians, aligned with overall organizational objectives.
- Implement policies, processes, and systems for managing human performance, potential, and capabilities, which foster innovation, growth, and development of colleagues while improving operational efficiency.
- Assist in creating training and human potential development programs that strengthen colleagues' skills and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Support the creation and implementation of competitive global compensation programs and attractive benefits policies to attract and motivate colleagues.
- Foster a deep understanding of workplace wellbeing principles, including physical, mental, emotional, and social health of colleagues.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in wellbeing, workplace care, and organizational culture, as well as recruitment and engagement trends in a highly competitive technology marketplace.
- Be a visionary and support the design and implementation of innovative wellness programs that meet the evolving needs of the organization and its colleagues.
- Promote a corporate culture that values wellbeing, colleague development, and engagement, supporting a human-centered and caring organizational transformation.
- Be an accessible role model for healthy, balanced behavior to support a positive human experience and the wellbeing of colleagues on a daily basis.
- Work closely with the wellbeing team and other multidisciplinary teams, engaging and inspiring internal and external leaders to support wellness, learning, and human experience initiatives at work.
- Manage relationships with colleagues and foster a positive, inclusive work environment that recognizes and respects diversity of needs and experiences.
- Promote a feedback culture where feedback is asked for, given, and received.
- Analyze data from wellness initiatives through measurement systems to assess their effectiveness, identify needed improvements, and support decision-making.
- Lead and inspire by embodying ISAAC values while maintaining alignment with objectives, taking into account organizational and personal needs, and demonstrating courage, adaptability, and grit.
- Collaborate in defining objectives, strategies, and tactics (OST) and ensure effective management of operations and changes to achieve them, optimizing the use of human, financial, technological, and information resources, while being transparent and accountable for results.
- Demonstrate caring and emotional intelligence to create an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and engaged, recognizing contributions, sharing merits, and promoting outreach.
- Recruit, welcome, train, develop, and retain the best talents to foster collective success and enable colleagues to fulfill their ambitions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in administration or equivalent.
- Over 15 years' experience in team management, organization structuring, talent, and leadership development.
- Full command of French and English.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office 365 suite and experience with an HRIS.
