Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with organizational goals and objectives
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including preparing operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Resolve conflict situations and provide coaching and monitoring services as needed
  • Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of project management software, including MS Project and Project Management Software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
