Our Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist to join our team at the Debert Distribution Centre. This role will provide support to Distribution Management and employees, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, and employee programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct internal investigations and provide guidance on employment standards
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees
  • Communicate company initiatives and benefits to all employees
  • Assist supervisors with return-to-work processes and attendance management
  • Provide support with performance management and total rewards programs

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of HR Generalist experience with a focus on recruitment
  • Previous experience in recruitment and employee relations for a Distribution or Manufacturing group
  • Strong understanding of employment standards across Canada
  • Flexibility to work different shifts based on business needs
  • University degree and/or college diploma in Business/Human Resources
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
