Job Overview

MATTR is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics, inventory management, production planning, and administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Logistics Coordination: Oversee the receiving process, aligning with production team responsibilities; coordinate shipping processes with Shawflex Shipping team; manage inventory oversight, including coordination with Production, Sales, and Procurement priorities.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct stock checks, cycle counting, and inventory movement transactions in the IFS Cloud ERP system; support shipment preparation, including boxing, label printing, packaging, etc., as needed.
  • Document Control: Maintain on-time delivery tracking for ISO audits; manage shop order document issuance and IFS system transactions; coordinate with production manager and production staff to schedule production work.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in logistics shipping and receiving
  • Knowledgeable on ERP/MRP systems and best practices (ideally IFS) with experience with ERP system implementation
  • Purchasing experience in manufacturing, knowledge of facility administration
