We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Equipment Coordinator to oversee the electrical maintenance aspects of our operations.

About the Role:

  • Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment performance and reliability.
  • Conduct regular analysis of backlog and resource availability for strategic planning.
  • Develop and implement effective shutdown schedules.
  • Design and maintain essential job planning tools and resources.
  • Review and validate work orders for accuracy and integrity.
  • Monitor and report key performance indicators.
  • Maintain open communication channels with the Electrical Maintenance Supervisor.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in electrical maintenance planning in a similar industry.
  • Strong proficiency in PLC/5 and RSLogix 5000 software applications.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of electrical and electronic circuit fundamentals.
  • Possession of Journeyman electrical certification (309A) is highly advantageous.
  • Previous experience with CMMS software like MP2, SAP, or JD Edwards.
