Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation
    • Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to maintain a high level of hygiene and safety.
    • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware, and ensure they are properly sanitized.
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Assist in preparing and packaging take-out food, and ensure it is presented in a clean and appealing manner.
    • Stock refrigerators, freezers, and salad bars with fresh ingredients and supplies.
  • General Kitchen Duties
    • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
    • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and ensure the kitchen is kept clean and organized.
    • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Security and Safety
    • Ensure all kitchen equipment and appliances are in good working order and report any issues to management.
