Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at MR MIKES Steakhouse Casual. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, and beer.
  • Clean and maintain the bar area, including glassware and draft beer system.
  • Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons.
  • Collect cash, credit/debit cards, or other payment for beverages.
  • Order bar stock and maintain inventory and control of bar stock.
  • Prepare mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer, and non-alcoholic beverages.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.
  • Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
