Job Title: Bartender

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team at MR MIKES Steakhouse Casual. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming bar area.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, and beer
  • Take orders from customers and operate a cash register
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and surfaces
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience as a Bartender or in a related role
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
