Job Overview

This role reports directly to our Operations Team and is responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities in our retail stores.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in retail management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for developing and empowering team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of sales associates and cashiers to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising displays to maximize sales potential
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to safety standards and company policies
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and optimal customer experiences

What You'll Get

A competitive salary range of $40,716 - $53,745 per year, depending on location and experience.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
