- Marketing: Prepare marketing plans and implement marketing activities to promote the resort and attract new customers.
- Maintenance and Operations: Arrange for and oversee maintenance activities, ensuring the resort's facilities and equipment are well-maintained and in good working order.
- Policies and Procedures Enforcement: Enforce policies and procedures, ensuring staff adherence and promoting a culture of compliance.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Special Needs: Assist clients/guests with special needs, providing personalized support and ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Work Schedules: Establish work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing and coverage for all resort operations.
- Events: Manage events, including planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring seamless execution and excellent customer experience.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Client Focus: Demonstrate a strong client focus, prioritizing customer satisfaction and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Interpersonal Skills: Possess efficient interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with staff, clients, and suppliers.
