Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Resort Manager to join our team at Nectar Yoga Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our resort, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Policies and Procedures: Create and enforce policies and procedures to ensure smooth daily operations and maintain high standards of quality.
  • Supervise Staff: Lead and manage a team of staff members, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they meet their roles and responsibilities.
  • Conduct Performance Reviews: Regularly evaluate staff performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve their skills and productivity.
  • Negotiate with Suppliers: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices and terms to ensure the best value for our resort.
  • Conduct Training Sessions: Organize and deliver training sessions to staff members, focusing on areas such as customer service, communication, and conflict resolution.
  • Negotiate with Clients: Build and maintain relationships with clients, negotiating contracts and agreements to ensure their needs are met.
  • Perform Front Desk Duties: Provide exceptional customer service, handling guest inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare Budgets and Monitor Revenues and Expenses: Develop and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure the resort operates within financial targets.
  • Prepare Marketing Plans: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the resort and attract new clients.
  • Implement Marketing Activities: Coordinate and execute marketing activities, such as events, promotions, and advertising campaigns.
  • Arrange for and Oversee Maintenance Activities: Ensure the resort's facilities and equipment are well-maintained, arranging for repairs and replacements as needed.
  • Enforce Policies and Procedures: Ensure all staff members adhere to policies and procedures, taking disciplinary action when necessary.
  • Address Customers' Complaints or Concerns: Respond promptly to guest complaints and concerns, resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist Clients/Guests with Special Needs: Provide support and assistance to guests with special needs, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels and minimizing overtime.
  • Manage Events: Coordinate and execute events, such as weddings, conferences, and parties, ensuring they run smoothly and meet client expectations.
  • Organize and Maintain Inventory: Manage inventory levels, ensuring the resort has the necessary supplies and equipment to operate efficiently.Personal Suitability
