  • Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that all necessary supplies are stocked and available for use.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and employees.
  • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Provide customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of electronic cash registers, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Windows.
