About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Clerk to join our team at Choice Pizza Ltd. as a Bookkeeper. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping
    • Accurately record and reconcile financial transactions
    • Prepare and maintain general ledgers and financial statements
    • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Financial Analysis
    • Prepare financial reports and statements
    • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
    • Provide financial insights to management
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
    • Identify and mitigate financial risks
    • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
  • Skills
    • Proficient in accounting software
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
