About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at HCR Data Services Ltd. as a Bookkeeper.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Transactions: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, maintain general ledgers and financial statements, post journal entries, and reconcile accounts.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare other statistical, financial, and accounting reports to support business decision-making.
  • Education and Experience: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, with 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent oral and written communication skills, efficient interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
Work Environment
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
  • Language of Work: English.
