Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the direct management of all facets of the group retirement savings business, with a focus on plan design, product development, and innovation.
  • Leverage your expertise to launch new investment products, such as DPSP and RESP, and manage the product development pipeline.
  • Develop and present product proposals and cost-benefit business cases to senior management, ensuring informed decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date with competitive sponsor administration and member engagement strategies.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape, regulatory environment, and market price competitiveness to inform business decisions.

We're Looking for a Candidate with:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, development, or plan design in the Group Retirement Savings space.
  • In-depth knowledge of investment product implementation processes.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct profitability analysis, pricing recommendations, and ongoing business KPIs/metrics.
  • A customer-centric approach and understanding of marketing, customer needs assessment, and targeting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex subject matter.
