Job Description

As a Civil Construction Project Director, you will take on a leadership role, overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery. Your extensive construction management expertise will be instrumental in driving project success while ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to schedules and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring projects are completed within specified scope, schedule, budget, and meeting expectations.
  • Lead a project team to safely meet project milestones, within budget and to specifications.
  • Negotiating and ensuring accountability of all involved parties as per contracted services.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years' minimum experience managing self-perform civil construction;
  • Onsite project management experience on a variety of large scale heavy civil infrastructure projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction disciplines, cost control, scheduling and safety regulations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, outstanding time management, prioritization, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, where collaboration is the key to success.
