Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Drywall Installation Specialist to join our team at Pro Work Builders Inc. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for installing drywall sheets, taping joints, and applying successive coats of compound to ensure a smooth finish.

Responsibilities
  • Measure, cut, and install drywall sheets to meet project specifications
  • Tape over joints using a taping machine and embed tape in compound
  • Apply successive coats of compound and sand seams and joints to achieve a smooth finish
  • Cut and install metal corner beads to protect exterior corners
  • Fabricate and install suspended metal ceiling grids and place in panels to form acoustical and coffered ceilings
  • Fill joints, nail indentations, holes, and cracks with joint compound using a trowel and broad knife
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in drywall installation
  • Ability to work in a dusty environment and handle heavy loads
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods
Work Environment

Our team works in various locations, and you will be required to travel to different sites. You will be working in a dusty environment, and physical stamina is essential to perform the job requirements.
