Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Training
    • No formal education or certification is required, but a willingness to learn and develop your skills is essential.
  • Installation Tasks
    • Apply successive coats of compound to seams and joints, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
    • Apply, level, and smooth coats of plaster to create a durable and attractive surface.
    • Clean and prepare surfaces for installation, removing any debris or obstructions.
    • Cure freshly plastered surfaces to ensure a strong and long-lasting finish.
    • Measure, cut, fit, and install drywall sheets to meet the required specifications.
    • Mix plaster ingredients to the desired consistency, ensuring a high-quality finish.
  • Work Environment and Requirements
    • This is a permanent, full-time position, requiring a 40-hour workweek.
    • The primary language of communication is English.
