Facilities Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Manager to join our team at AM PM CLEANING SERVICES INC. This is a permanent position, working 30 hours per week.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of cleaning staff, preparing budgets and cost estimates, and assisting cleaners in performing their duties.
Key Responsibilities- Hire, train, and manage cleaning staff
- Supervise and coordinate work activities
- Prepare budgets and cost estimates
- Assist cleaners with their duties
- Coordinate work activities with other departments
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar field or equivalent experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Physical stamina to handle a fast-paced environment
This role involves working in a variety of environments, including office buildings, schools, and cleaning service companies. You will be required to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and perform repetitive tasks.
