Job Title: Sales Associate Sunglass Outfitters Cabela's

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at Sunglass Hut, a global leader in the sale of premium sunglasses. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, building brand loyalty, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating new and existing customer relationships
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience through making a connection, attention to detail, and offering a personalized and unique shopping experience
  • Actively participate and contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with peers and management
  • Take pride in the appearance of the store and show initiative to keep displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized
  • Help foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Embrace new technology and change with a high level of accuracy
  • Self-accountability for sales results through the use of selling skills and a drive to meet goals
  • Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Self-motivator with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment
