Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policies, processes, and procedures that meet regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and coordinate the implementation of policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and help identify, design, test solutions, and support implementation activities.
  • Develop and provide complex reporting, analysis, and assessments.
  • Act as a key contributor to strategic initiatives, functional projects/programs, and/or internal/external working groups and may sign off on projects of small scale and/or complexity.
  • Create and deliver presentations and communications geared to varied levels of management and/or broader audience.
Risk Management

You will ensure all operations comply with regulatory requirements, including AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) guidelines. You will also identify operational risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, maintaining strict adherence to operational standards.

Operational Excellence

You will continuously assess operational processes for efficiency and identify areas for improvement, such as automation or enhanced workflow tools. You will apply knowledge of end-to-end processes and regulatory requirements to drive efficiency and identify process improvement initiatives.

Reporting and Analytics

You will support and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the team's effectiveness and operational accuracy. You will prepare regular reports for senior management, outlining operational performance, challenges, and areas for improvement.
