About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Operations Leader to join our team at North Western Property Maintenance. As the Vice President / Integrator, you will play a critical role in executing our ambitious growth and improvement plans for our business unit.

Job Description

This is a hands-on, demanding role that requires a proactive, "off-the-desk" leader who thrives in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for driving operational improvements, aligning operations with our strategic vision, and ensuring the smooth execution of strategic goals across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee and drive operational improvements for our high-need business unit, implementing changes that boost quality, efficiency, and team cohesion.
  • Leadership: Act as the Integrator within our EOS-based operating structure, leading from the front by actively participating in on-site problem-solving, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly.
  • Culture Building: Collaborate closely with Generation Z team members, understanding their motivations and engaging them effectively to build a high-performance culture.
  • Industry Expertise: Use your landscaping industry experience to ensure operations align with industry best practices and client expectations.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven track record in an Integrator or similar operations leadership role, ideally within EOS or another structured reporting system.
  • Skill Set: Skilled at working with and motivating Generation Z employees, understanding what drives engagement and performance in this cohort.
  • Background: Background in the landscaping industry, with the ability to understand operational specifics and standards in this field.

Compensation and Benefits
