Main Responsibilities:

Leading the Team
  • The selected candidate will be responsible for establishing methods to meet work schedules and supervising staff who prepare and portion food.
  • This role involves training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • The ideal candidate should also be able to estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Hiring food service staff, addressing customer complaints, maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage are also key responsibilities.
  • In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and submitting reports.

Schedule and Work Environment:

  • The working schedule is 30 hours per week.
  • The majority of the workday will involve a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Detailed attention is essential for this position.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1-6 months of experience in a similar field or equivalent experience.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $45,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Language:

The primary language used at work is English.

Working Conditions:

This is a permanent, full-time position, with a 30-hour workweek.
