About the Role

The Senior Food Service Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurants, including supervising staff, managing inventory, maintaining quality control standards, and addressing customer complaints. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • SUPERVISE AND CO-ORDINATE ACTIVITIES OF STAFF: Manage and motivate a team of up to 10 employees, including food service counter attendants and food preparers.
  • METHODS TO MEET WORK SCHEDULES: Develop and implement efficient scheduling systems to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • TRAIN STAFF IN JOB DUTIES: Provide comprehensive training on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols to ensure staff are equipped to deliver exceptional service.
  • ESTIMATE INGREDIENTS AND SUPPLIES: Accurately forecast ingredient and supply needs to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • ENSURE QUALITY CONTROL STANDARDS: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures to guarantee the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
  • ADDRESS CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS: Respond promptly and professionally to customer concerns, resolving issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work under pressure and maintain a fast-paced environment
  • Able to stand for extended periods and walk frequently
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
