About the Role

This Construction Labourer and Helper position requires you to assist experienced tradespeople and workers on-site, ensuring smooth project execution and maintaining a safe working environment. Your tasks will include loading, unloading, and transporting materials, erecting scaffolding and other temporary structures, mixing and pouring concrete and asphalt, and cleaning up rubble and debris.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials as required;
  • Erecting and dismantling scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades according to safety standards;
  • Mixing, pouring, and spreading concrete and asphalt for various construction projects;
  • Cleaning up salvageable materials and keeping the site tidy;
  • Performing routine maintenance work to ensure equipment and tools are in good condition;
  • Removing rubble and other debris from construction sites efficiently;
  • Directing traffic at or near construction sites during peak hours;
