At Innomar Strategies, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Field & Infusion Nurse (RN) to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer medications in various settings, including patient homes, specialty clinics, and physician partnership clinics.
- Assess and monitor pre- and post-injection/infusion treatments as directed by program protocols.
- Complete necessary documentation based on policies and procedures, adhering to the College of Nurses and Innomar ISO accreditation standards.
- Provide patient and caregiver education based on product monographs and program protocols.
- Report adverse events, serious adverse events, and product complaints in accordance with Innomar training and policies.
- Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in team web-based meetings and training sessions to maintain and enhance professional practice standards.
- Adhere to professional nursing standards and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Relevant experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) required.
- 1 year of experience in IV initiation.
- Current registration with the licensing body and CPR certification.
- Experience in critical care, emergency, acute care inpatient/outpatient, or homecare settings.
- ACLS, PALs, MS, and CVAA certification, and central venous lines/port experience are considered assets.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, and MS Word.
