We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Burlington, Canada location.

About the Position:

The ideal candidate will possess a valid LPN license and have completed an accredited Practical Nursing program. Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is an asset.

Responsibilities will include performing nursing assessments, providing direct patient care, administering medications, monitoring patients' responses, and educating patients and families about health management. The selected candidate will also maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Nursing Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs.
  • Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and monitoring patients' responses.
  • Patient Education: Educate patients and families on health management, promoting independence and self-care.
Requirements:
  • LPN License: Hold a valid LPN license in Canada.
  • Education: Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is an asset.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to work collaboratively, and a compassionate approach to care.
