Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons - Simcoe. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customer complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Client-focused and team-oriented
