Job Title: Assistant Branch Manager/Adjusting

Job Summary:

Xpera is seeking an experienced Assistant Branch Manager/Adjusting to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of adjusters and ensuring the successful delivery of claims services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of adjusters to ensure the successful delivery of claims services to our clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports related to claims and team performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to adjusters to improve their skills and performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in claims adjusting, with at least 5 years in a management role.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving results.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
