About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Inventory and Budgeting
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
    • Prepare and submit reports on kitchen operations and budget performance.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that all customer interactions are positive and that our customers receive the highest level of service.
  • Team Management
    • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to ensure that our customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Maintain accurate records of team performance and provide feedback to staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role.
  • Language
    • Fluent in English.
  • Work Schedule
    • 30 to 40 hours per week.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. You will be required to work in a kitchen setting and be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
