Workday Benefits Consultant Opportunity

Active Cyber is a leading Identity Management Certified Partner and elite consulting firm seeking a highly skilled Workday Certified Benefits Consultant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Workday Benefits and be able to work collaboratively with clients to ensure their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead or support the Benefits workstream on a Workday implementation project.
  • Support the creation of workplans for large complex global engagements, owning risk, budget, resources, client relationship, etc.
  • Research and resolve day-to-day Workday Benefits issues.
  • Work with clients to support new requirements for Recruiting in Workday.
  • Create and update Workday configurations based on requirement changes.
  • Provide support for regular and special Benefits processes in Workday.
  • Provide support for Legal and regulatory reports in Workday.
  • Provide support for year-end reporting and other year-end activities in Workday.
  • Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure the smooth operation of Workday Benefits.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization of Workday Benefits.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Workday Benefits and related technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Must be Workday Certified Benefits Consultant
  • Deep understanding of Workday Benefits
