About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Certified Benefits Consultant to join our team at Active Cyber. As a Workday Benefits Lead, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on all aspects of Workday Benefits, including design, implementation, and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead or support the Benefits workstream on a Workday implementation project.
  • Support the creation of workplans for large complex global engagements, owning risk, budget, resources, client relationship, etc.
  • Research and resolve day-to-day Workday Benefits issues.
  • Work with clients to support new requirements for Recruiting in Workday.
  • Create and update Workday configurations based on requirement changes.
  • Provide support for regular and special Benefits processes in Workday.
  • Provide support for Legal and regulatory reports in Workday.
  • Manage small onshore and offshore functional teams.
  • Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure the smooth operation of Workday Benefits.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization of Workday Benefits.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Workday Benefits and related technologies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • MUST be Workday Certified Benefits Consultant.
  • 3 to 5 years WD Benefits experience.
  • Deep understanding of Workday Benefits.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong attention to detail.
