Lead Culinary Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Cook to join our team at Mount Everest Kitchen & Grill. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as supervising kitchen staff and helpers.

Responsibilities:- Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, following recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Kitchen Management: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, ensuring a clean and organized workspace, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.
- Training and Development: Train new staff members on preparation, cooking, and handling of food, as well as kitchen operations and procedures.
- Inventory and Supplies: Order supplies and equipment, managing inventory levels and ensuring that all necessary items are available.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience as a cook or equivalent position.
- Skills: Excellent cooking skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
