Job Summary

The Brick is seeking a customer-focused individual to join our service team as a Customer Service Associate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Follow up with customers to identify and support their needs.
  • Promote customer loyalty by delivering exceptional customer support.
  • Review and follow up on order reports daily.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service focus.
  • Team-oriented attitude.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain organization.
  • Proficiency in computers and Microsoft Office programs.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
