Job Title: Media Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Media Coordinator to join our team at Alphabet Creative. As a Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating media strategies, purchasing media space, and assessing campaign metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies, budgets, and campaign metrics.
  • Work directly with the Media Manager and executive team to create marketing strategies and programs.
  • Estimate costs of projects and provide budget and cost estimates.
  • Plan and manage budgets, prepare budget and cost estimates, and monitor and evaluate campaign performances.
  • Use social media management tools to schedule organic posts on various social media platforms.
  • Coordinate media services, schedule activities, and implement marketing activities.
  • Assist in media competitive analysis, media plan recommendations, and media buying activities.
  • Conduct analytical marketing studies, monitor and evaluate campaign performances, and produce reports.
  • Negotiate the purchase of media space with media vendors and manage all related contracts and insertion orders.
  • Launch and optimize advertisements based on the media plan.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of college or graduate certificate in business administration, marketing management, or communications.
  • 3 years or more of experience in media coordination, marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
