About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team at Intact Financial Corporation. As a key player in our organization's transformation to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Self-Service, you will be responsible for guiding our team in the transition from traditional support models to expertise service providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement automated service delivery processes using ServiceNow and backend scripts and systems.
  • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform and other tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IaC with Self-Service and Hybrid Cloud environments.
  • Develop and maintain Cloud automation solutions using VMware VCF and other tools.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team on DevOps practices and tools.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development tools, workflow designer, integration hub, and API.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Powershell, Ansible, and Terraform.
  • Knowledge of Cloud automation using VMware VCF and other tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
