Groupe Leclerc is seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Tech Lead to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining infrastructure solutions that support our business activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership to the IT infrastructure team and ensure the successful delivery of infrastructure projects.
  • Define and implement the infrastructure strategy, aligning with business needs and Group orientations.
  • Guarantee infrastructure availability, performance, security, and scalability, using the most appropriate technologies.
  • Supervise and optimize infrastructure operations, ensuring compliance with best practices, standards, and procedures.
  • Manage infrastructure projects, ensuring planning, monitoring, communication, and risk management.
  • Monitor technology and propose innovative solutions to improve the efficiency and quality of infrastructure services.
  • Support the IT Infrastructure Manager in various projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 12 years' experience as a system and network administrator, including 2 years as a Tech Lead or Project Manager.
  • Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Rigorous, autonomous, proactive, and customer-oriented.
  • Good level of written and spoken English, with the ability to work in English on a daily basis.
  • OT experience or interest in the field.
  • Knowledge of SD-Wan, ZTNA, IP fabric principles, OSPF, Cisco, Fortinet, SASE, VMWare, Azure Stack HCI, Windows Server, Linux, Azure, AWS, Hub & Spoke, multi-cloud, RBAC/ABAC, PIM, PAM, Bastion, Entra ID, ADRubrik, Zerto, backup, resilience, DR, PRA, PCA.
