We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at Back in Motion Rehab Inc.

About the Role:

This is a Full-time Permanent position within our WSBC Program located in Surrey, BC.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing evidence-based assessment and rehabilitation services to clients.

  • Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs
  • Conduct ongoing evaluations of client progress
  • Administer and gather information regarding outcomes
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
  • Communicate with referral sources and stakeholders

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $42-$50/hour, depending on factors such as internal equity, education, and work experience.

In addition to the salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including 4 weeks of paid vacation, sick leave, extended health and dental coverage, and flexible work schedules.
